We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. It's like your shots are always on mute, no sound...
You've got a good point here actually. A quick look through my gallery reveals only a few photos with people (or "noisy things"
On these "cityshots" streets are all empty. No cars, no people...so there you go - soundless,hehe

I don't like humans when they're too present on shots.
Of course, it depends on what kind of shots...
Humans can add a lot to a picture, but sometimes "dead" things or just nature speaks for itself...

The "DeadCity" series are inspired by a band called Ulver...
last year i launched the page on myspace and Ulver was the first band i added, lol....among many groups, this is the band whose concert i would really like to visit.
You gallery is so inspiring. I don't remember if i've told you that before....actually it became a ray of light to me...these days...thank you for creating it)

Yeah, Ulver is indeed a great band. I enjoy both the black/folk stuff and the newer experimental stuff.
